Role Description
This is a remote role for a Board Member at PULSHN. Board Members will guide the company’s strategic direction and provide high-level oversight, governance, and accountability. Responsibilities include contributing to long-term planning, advising on business strategies, reviewing financial performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and vision. Board Members will also engage with industry stakeholders and support decision-making to drive innovation and growth.

- Leadership, decision-making, and team collaboration abilities
- Knowledge in aerospace, clean technology, or related industries
- Understanding of financial oversight, budgeting, and operational analytics
- Proficiency in fostering relationships with industry partners, government bodies, and research institutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous board experience or leadership in a corporate or nonprofit setting is a plus
- Ability to commit to periodic remote meetings and collaborate effectively in a remote environment
