Transform the client's experience to deliver on its brand's promise in every customer interaction. Translate high-level experience strategy into a detailed blueprint and feasibility requirements. Participate in the design and development of the experience strategy and shape the program's execution.

Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to create efficient applications that align with organizational goals, while also engaging in problem-solving and decision-making processes to drive project success.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with IT service management frameworks.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Familiarity with agile project management tools and practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM.

• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
