About the Role
ExaCare AI is hiring a to help design, build, and scale the operational infrastructure that powers our rapidly expanding BizOps team. This is a mission critical role needed for ExaCare to sustain and accelerate its current growth trajectory. This role will play a central part in shaping how ExaCare’s operations scale over the next several years.

Working closely with the VP of Ops, this individual will focus on building the systems, workflows, and internal tooling necessary to enable our team to operate efficiently. They will be tasked with thinking through how we can feasible go from 1,500 facilities to more than 10,000 facilities. This person will be foundational in identifying operational bottlenecks and leveraging data and insights to improve how our teams work and implement scalable solutions that increase the speed and capacity needed for ExaCare to achieve its goals.
The role requires someone who enjoys diving into complex operational and technical workflows, redesigning processes, and building systems that allow teams to execute more effectively at scale. They will work cross functionally with product and engineering teams to automate manual work and develop internal tools that support customer onboarding and broader business operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, and is motivated by building the foundational systems that will allow ExaCare to scale.
