Role Description

We are seeking a BIOS UEFI Developer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining BIOS/UEFI firmware for various system platforms. This role involves collaborating with hardware and software teams, ensuring compatibility with hardware components, and optimizing firmware for performance. Additionally, the developer will address bug fixes, provide technical support, and contribute to platform engineering for new product development.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in BIOS/UEFI firmware development, embedded firmware, and low-level programming.
• Strong skills in C programming.
• Experience with hardware-software interfacing, system-level debugging, and hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of industry standards like ACPI, PCIe, SMBIOS, Security Technologies in BIOS, and UEFI shell scripting.
• Previous experience in platform engineering, including board bring-up and system initialization.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging skills, and a proactive approach to innovation.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field is required.
