Role and Responsibilities
Maintain and operate commercial analysis pipelines; upgrade pipelines in accordance with guideline recommendations
Troubleshoot and support other teams to resolve issues and ensure data quality and quality control standards
Execute analysis pipelines on large-scale datasets with high reproducibility and reliability
Contribute to the development and improvement of variant interpretation methods for inherited diseases
Summarize and present analysis results in appropriate formats for colleagues and collaborators
Contribute to team discussions, support broader research goals, and potentially contribute to scientific publications
