We are seeking talented and passionate Bioinformatician interns who are interested in working with omics data and are eager to develop skills in data exploration and pipeline engineering.

You will learn:

• Development and operation of analysis pipelines for next generation sequencing data, from quality control to result interpretation.
• Optimization and execution of pipelines on large-scale datasets using Nextflow, with an emphasis on reproducibility.

Your qualifications:

Should have

• Basic knowledge of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
• Solid foundational knowledge in at least one of the following areas: cancer biology, human genetics, or molecular biology.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to multi-task.
• Skills and experience writing project reports.
• Ability to independently resolve conflicts.
• Basic English reading comprehension.

Must have

• A bachelor's degree or senior students majoring in Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Genomics, Medicine, or related fields.
• Available to work on-site at Gene Solutions (Ho Chi Minh city office) for at least 2 full days per week.

Internship duration: 3–6 months , to be finalized through discussion.

Allowance: 5 million VND /month
