Role Description
We are seeking a full-time BIM Modeler for our on-site location in Delhi and Mumbai, India. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for preparing and managing Building Information Models, collaborating with architecture and engineering teams, and developing detailed construction drawings. This role involves working closely with MEP systems and implementing BIM best practices to ensure project accuracy and success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and proficiency in related software.
- Knowledge of architecture and experience with construction drawings.
- Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and integration into BIM models.
- Background in model development for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in project collaboration and communication to ensure seamless cross-functional teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet project deadlines.
