We are seeking an Electrical VDC Coordinator (BIM Manager level) to join our team on-site in San Jose, CA supporting a major client. This position will play a key role in leading coordination efforts for electrical scopes on high-complexity projects, while serving as the bridge between the field, remote BIM teams, and the client’s project management group.

General Scope & Goals

The Electrical VDC Coordinator leads the end-to-end electrical coordination process—managing workflows, aligning schedules, and ensuring high-quality model deliverables (LOD 400/500) that meet client and construction standards.

While primarily focused on leadership and coordination, this role remains hands-on , ensuring technical accuracy and direct contribution to modeling and clash detection.
