This role will help build the core systems that power both our Learning and AI platforms. We're looking for engineers who can work with either Node.js (TypeScript) or Kotlin backends to create scalable, resilient systems. You'll focus on data flows, cloud deployments, and the orchestration that enables our products to deliver value to users.

In this role, you will:

• Architect the systems that power Sana’s products, building and maintaining scalable, resilient, and extensible systems that enable us to deliver features that transform knowledge sharing.
• Develop and maintain features and systems that drive our products.
• Be responsible for scalable and stable deployments.

Your background looks something like:

• Experience building backend systems, modeling data, scaling, and tuning performance.
• Proficiency in Node.js (TypeScript) and/or JVM (Kotlin)—our two products have different backends.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and GCP.
