Responsibilities

Design and development of the backend of our ivoflow software using Elixir programming language
Implementation of new features with a strong focus on our business tools
Maintenance and optimization of existing functionalities to ensure long-term performance and stability
Quality assurance through automated testing, code reviews, and static code analysis
Active collaboration within an agile development team to design and implement innovative solutions
Continuous improvement of our software through testing, code reviews, and performance tuning
Close collaboration with the frontend team, especially in the development and integration of APIs and interfaces

Requirements

Proven experience in backend development, ideally in agile teams
Solid knowledge and practical experience with Elixir and the Elixir ecosystem
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Commitment to software quality, including testing strategies, clean code, and maintainable solutions
Familiarity with modern development tools (Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
A structured, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for clean, reliable code
Experience implementing event driven architecture is a plus
