About the role

We're looking for a Backend Developer who writes clean code, thinks about scale, and takes pride in building systems that don't break. This is a full-time remote role where you'll work on the core infrastructure powering Fini's AI platform.

Compensation: 60 LPA fixed + ESOPs

What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and optimize server-side logic and APIs that power Fini's core product
• Integrate backend systems with frontend solutions and third-party platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot
• Design scalable, high-performance backend processes that handle millions of support interactions
• Write clean, well-tested code and conduct thorough debugging
• Implement security and data protection measures in line with SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 standards
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and product teams to ship reliable software

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and software design patterns
• Experience with database management systems and building RESTful APIs
• Ability to design and optimize scalable backend architecture
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Basic frontend understanding to collaborate effectively across teams
• CS degree or equivalent practical experience
