About the Role

As a  Back office Collections Analyst at FinanceOps , you will be the catalyst between our AI-powered collections platform and real-world customer impact. Your work will help transform customer insights into meaningful product evolution, while championing ethical and empathetic revenue recovery.

This is not a traditional collections or system maintenance role - it’s an opportunity to pioneer smarter, more human approaches to collections using data, empathy, and technology .

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the key link between customers, the AI/Engineering team, and Product Strategy.
• Analyze customer interactions and operational data to uncover insights and improvement opportunities.
• Translate customer behavior, feedback, and trends into actionable platform enhancements.
• Advocate for responsible, AI-driven, empathy-based collection experiences.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product evolution.
• Monitor and interpret collection performance metrics to guide recommendations.
• Identify workflow optimizations and help shape future features of the platform.

Please note that this position begins with a  2-month probation period , during which you will receive a  monthly salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 , depending on your performance in the interview process.

After successfully completing probation and based on your performance you may transition into a  full-time role , where  incentives can increase your total compensation up to ₹30,000 per month .

This role requires working in  U.S. business hours .

Qualifications

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret unstructured behavioral data
• Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Basic technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools
• Skilled in generating reports and delivering actionable insights

Experience

• 1–4 years in collections process, customer-facing analysis, fintech, or AI-driven platforms (preferred)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business Analytics or Computer Science (completed)
