Back Office BPO Nurse – Regenerative Medicine

We are seeking a professional Nurse, Nursing Technician, or Associate Degree Nurse for the remote care of national and international patients. The role is focused on providing general information and converting leads into medical appointments.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Nursing (Professional, Technical, or Associate level).
• Languages: Advanced English (Minimum C1 level , must be verifiable).
• Experience: 1–2 years in patient care, call centers, BPO, or healthcare sales roles.
• Skills: Excellent communication and sales/commercial skills.

Responsibilities:

• Contact potential patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide information regarding treatments (non-diagnostic).
• Resolve inquiries and guide patient decision-making.
• Schedule medical appointments.
• Record all activity in the CRM and perform consistent follow-ups.

Conditions:

• Contract: Project-based / Task-based contract ( Obra o Labor ).
• Compensation: Base salary + commissions per scheduled patient.
• Modality: On-site.

Preferred Qualifications (Plus):

• Experience in medical tourism or regenerative medicine.
• Experience managing international patients.
