Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back End Developer located in the Karachi Division. The Back End Developer will design, develop, and maintain server-side components and applications by leveraging back-end web technologies. Responsibilities include database and API integration, optimizing performance, debugging, and working collaboratively with front-end developers to ensure seamless functionality across platforms. The role requires adhering to best practices in software development, maintaining code quality, and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and techniques
Familiarity with Front-End Development to effectively collaborate on cross-functional projects
Design and develop the business logic and backend systems of the product
Proven capability in general-purpose Programming and writing clean, maintainable code
Experience with server-side frameworks, database management, and RESTful API integration
Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance

· Significant experience writing and utilizing autonomous services oriented RESTful API services and performance tuning largescale apps

Experience with database systems, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL stores (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Couchbase, etc.)
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and software development best practices
Experience working in automation or AI-driven applications is a plus
Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
