Back-End Developer (On-site, Ankara)

PixelByte is a fast-growing product studio building AI-powered mobile and web apps used globally. We focus on high-performance systems, seamless user experiences, and rapid prototyping with modern AI tools. We’re looking for a Back-End Developer with 3+ years of experience, based in Ankara, open to full on-site work, fluent in English and comfortable with flexible hours in a fast-paced environment to help power the next generation of our products.

What You’ll Work On

High-traffic API services with Node.js + Express
Scalable NoSQL models on Firestore / MongoDB / DynamoDB
Advanced backend logic in Python (OOP, threading, multiprocessing, Flask/FastAPI)
Secure integrations: Stripe, RevenueCat, Adapty, AI APIs, webhooks
Caching, rate limiting, distributed locks with Redis / Valkey
API security, JWT/Bearer token management, refresh-token flows, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure authentication practices
Basic AI pipelines using PyTorch, OpenCV, Diffusers
CI/CD, containerization, logging
Cloudflare R2 + CDN
Development and deployment on Google Cloud
Fast prototyping with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

Experience with LLMs or diffusion models
Prompt engineering or fine-tuning
Large-scale system experience
Mobile app backend architecture
