You'll work closely with engineering, product, and customer teams to build integrations, debug live issues, read API docs, and contribute to our system infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient Java code and build scalable backend components
• Read and understand external API documentation to help build new integrations
• Debug production issues by analyzing logs and participating in on-call rotations.
• Test and validate APIs using Postman or similar tools
• Participate in on-call debugging sessions with customers to resolve real-time issues
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into technical tasks
• Take part in technical analysis, design discussions, and roadmap planning
• Build and maintain robust APIs to support integrations
• Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD practices

Required skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of backend development experience in Java
• Comfortable reading and interpreting API documentation
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Hibernate, or similar frameworks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of product thinking or interest in pursuing product management in the future
• Familiarity with tools like Postman, log analyzers, and version control systems (Git)
• Good communication skills and willingness to work cross-functionally
