We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors.
What You'll Do
- Own and scale Telepatia's B2C growth engine across Spanish-speaking LatAm
- Design and execute product-led growth initiatives that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and referrals
- Build and manage acquisition channels including social media, physician communities, influencers, partnerships, referral programs, and medical congresses
- Work closely with Product and Design to ensure onboarding is frictionless and optimized for conversion
- Analyze user behavior and identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, and retention
- Partner with leadership to evaluate pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies while ensuring alignment with our B2B business
- Run growth experiments across the entire user journey, from acquisition to conversion and retention
- Document successful growth initiatives, acquisition playbooks, onboarding improvements, and experimentation frameworks
What You Have
- 1–4 years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, Marketing, Product-Led Growth, Startups, Consulting, or analytical roles in healthcare or technology
- Fluent Spanish and professional working English
Must-have Skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data, funnels, and performance metrics
- Experience executing and measuring growth experiments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand user behavior and translate insights into action
- Strong project management and execution skills
Nice to have
- Experience in B2C SaaS, consumer technology, marketplaces, or product-led businesses
- Experience working with influencers, creators, communities, or referral programs
- Familiarity with growth analytics tools, CRM platforms, and experimentation frameworks
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or physician-focused products
