About The Role We are seeking a motivated Mid-level Data Engineer with hands-on experience in Databricks to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data engineering principles and a passion for building scalable data solutions. This role involves working with modern data platforms to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines that support analytics and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Databricks.
• Perform environment setup, establish data connections, and conduct testing within Databricks.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Optimize data workflows for performance and cost efficiency.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows.
• Working knowledge in modernization project development.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years as a Data Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in specifically in Databricks.
• Proficiency in Databricks (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be available to work until 11:00 AM EST daily.
• Can start work in early November

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PySpark (a strong plus).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure).
• Familiarity with Delta Lake and data Lakehouse architecture.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and version control (Git).
