LUNR Aerospace Corporation, commonly known as LUNR, is a Canadian commercial launch company based in Toronto, Canada. Founded with the mission to advance the future of orbital access from Canada, LUNR is working to develop reliable and efficient orbital launch vehicles (rockets). By combining cutting-edge innovation with Canadian ingenuity, LUNR aims to democratize access to space for commercial, scientific, and governmental missions worldwide.
Role Description
LUNR Aerospace is looking for an intern to support the development of avionics, control systems, and
software used in flight-relevant aerospace systems. This role blends control theory, simulation,
and real software implementation, with an emphasis on modeling vehicle behavior, designing
control laws, and validating system responses to mission trajectories. You’ll work on problems
that sit between theory and implementation. You may be designing controllers, simulating system
behavior, or even building software that reflects how real avionics systems respond in flight.
