Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW, for an Automation Project Engineer specialising in Industrial Robotics & Automation. This is a technically hands-on role with strong project ownership, customer interaction, and site-based delivery. You will work closely with robotics engineers, software engineers, electrical and mechanical contractors, and end customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification .

• Experience with industrial robots (Staubli, ABB, KUKA, UR, ROS)
• PLC programming (B&R, Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff)
• Safety systems (safety PLCs, light curtains, scanners)
• Industrial networks (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus)
• Experience working in manufacturing, logistics, or heavy industry
• Exposure to higher-level robotics or intelligent automation systems
