Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Robotics, or any related field (or equivalent practical experiences)
Extensive experience as an RPA Developer with proven track record of successfully delivering complex automation projects
Mastery of RPA tools such as UiPath, IBM RPA, Laiye RPA and/or Selenium coupled with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
Creative problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and a proven ability to mentor and lead a team
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and convey complex technical concept
