What you will do

In this position, you will develop and implement intelligent automation solutions, that utilize the most suitable technologies to deliver meaningful value and sustainable efficiency gains for our customers. Furthermore, your role includes designing solutions and you will take part in the quality assurance and continuous improvement of our delivery team.

Your duties and responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate actively with the delivery success team and account managers towards successful development projects
• Develop automations and AI agents using various leading automation platforms.
• Deliver enterprise-grade solutions that follow our development protocol and pass rigorous QA standards
• Document technical specifications and automation processes to support maintenance and ensure the solution can be clearly and easily understood by others.
• Follow best practices, conducting peer reviews to maintain code quality, ensure consistency, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation processes, continuously improving performance and stability.

Who you are:

• An Experienced Automation Developer: You have a solid background with at least two years of experience implementing automation solutions
• Versatile & Knowledgeable: You possess diverse practical knowledge gained from handling demanding projects and understand the intricacies of managing them effectively.
• Passionate about developing and working with Agentic and Generative AI solutions.
• Driven & Effective: You are motivated and passionate, committed to working systematically and efficiently to achieve shared goals.
• A Skilled Communicator: You communicate fluently in both Finnish and English (written and oral) and have strong documentation abilities.
• Independent & Supportive: You work independently and have a desire to guide and support the organization in implementing and following agreed-upon automation solutions.
• Driven to grow into a senior role and committed to taking ownership of your professional development.

What you bring to the table:

Expertise in Modern Technologies: You possess knowledge in the application of artificial intelligence and are familiar with software automation technologies, such as:

• UiPath
• Power Platform
• Azure (Function App, AI Foundry, Logic App, Machine Learning)
• Python (Robot Framework, Playwright)
• Langchain
• Other relevant technologies

Knowledge of providing software services in a B2B environment: You are familiar with SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) models.

Avid learner: You are enthusiastic about learning leading-edge technologies and hold a mindset of finding new application methods to provide solutions to our customers

This is a permanent employment position, located in Helsinki or Tampere.
