Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, remote Commission Sales Associate with potential to convert to full-time base + commisions within 6 months. Right person with right mindset and work ethics can create whatever the f**k they want for themselves in this role in next 5 years.

The role involves prospecting and developing relationships with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and driving sales of our AI-driven auto repair platform.

This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, negotiating agreements, and achieving revenue targets. You will collaborate closely with the support and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction while presenting AutoDoctors.ai as the go-to solution for modernizing auto repair operations.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development: Experience in sales, lead generation, and managing sales pipelines with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Communication and Presentation: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and navigate client negotiations effectively.
• Industry Knowledge and Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with the auto repair industry or related fields, and a strong understanding of SaaS solutions or AI-driven platforms.
• Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams while troubleshooting client challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
• Adaptability and Self-Motivation: Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment, with strong organizational skills and a self-driven mindset.

We are seeking 5 sales associates to start with commission only. Opportunity to convert to base + commission within 6 months.
