Minimum Qualification:

• Minimum a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. A Master of Science (M.S.) degree is considered a plus, but is not mandatory.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in ATE test development, including experience in introducing mixed-signal and RF products into high-volume production.
• Proficiency in software languages such as C, C++, and C# for ATE test program development.
• A proven track record of successfully debugging and resolving problems related to semiconductor design, test, and qualification.

Desired Experience

• Expertise in programming and configuring tester resources for single, dual, and quad-site ATE test solutions.
• Working knowledge of I2C communication protocols with the ability to script register read and write patterns.
• Versatility in tester platform knowledge, evidenced by experience in translating programs from one ATE tester platform to another.
• Familiarity with bowl feed and pick and place type packaged part handlers.
• Familiarity with wafer probers like  Electroglas 4090 and Semics Opus-II  and  ability to generate custom prober set-up files.
• Experience with cantilever probe card, load board, and socketed DUT board hardware design, layout, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools such as Altium.
• Working knowledge of integrated BERT and oscilloscope solutions to address the signal integrity challenges of high speed (112 GBaud PAM4) mass production testing.
• Proficiency in analyzing STDF data files generated from ATE testing and PCM data from wafer fabrication plants to identify potential process related issues.
