Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Junior AI/ML Engineer to join our Sustaining Engineering team. This role is ideal for early‑career engineers who enjoy solving real-world technical challenges, working directly on customer issues, and building intelligent tools that improve developer productivity and operational efficiency. The engineer should thrive on solving complex customer issues and ensuring production systems run smoothly. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our customers and internal teams, combining technical expertise with strong communication skills to maintain the trust our customers place in us. The engineer will contribute not only by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving customer‑reported issues, but also by creating AI-driven and agentic solutions that streamline engineering workflows, automate troubleshooting, and enhance log/code analysis capabilities across the organization.
