The Core Responsibilities Of This Position Are

• Independently develop and run cell-based assays specific to therapeutic targets of interest
• Adapt assays for medium to high-throughput screening of small molecule hits from our affinity screens
• Analyze data and communicate results
• Support the organization of the lab and equipment as needed

Required Qualifications

• BSc with 5+ years or MSc with 3+ years of industry experience in the field of immunology, oncology, molecular biology, cell biology, or related field
• Background in small-molecule drug discovery
• Extensive hands-on experience with cell culture and cell-based assays, including reporter assays, gene expression, and ELISAs
• Proficiency in primary cell isolation, differentiation, culture, and flow cytometry
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and can thrive in a highly collaborative research environment
• Demonstrated technical proficiency, ability to troubleshoot to solve problems and to deliver high-quality data
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Background in molecular biology techniques, expression construct design, and reporter cell line generation
• Experience with automated liquid handling machinery

Compensation Details: $108,000 (annually), depending on experience; participation in the Company's option plan; 3% retirement safe harbor contribution; fully-paid medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
