WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS
This is the first Founder's Office hire at Harvested Robotics. There is no team to plug into, no existing process to follow. You will build the operating infrastructure of a fast-moving deep-tech startup from near-zero — across investor relations, compliance, hiring, business development, and marketing.
This is not a role for someone who needs clear direction. It is a role for someone who finds clarity where others find chaos.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Investor relations
- Own the investor CRM — track outreach, follow-ups, meeting cadences, and data room access
- Prepare and iterate pitch decks, one-pagers, and due diligence materials
- Draft investor updates and correspondence on behalf of the founders
- Coordinate cap table documentation and filings with legal and financial advisors
Compliance & legal hygiene
- Track all regulatory and compliance deadlines — working with our external CS and CA firm
- Maintain a central repository of contracts, NDAs, MoUs, shareholder agreements, and filings
- Coordinate with external lawyers and advisors; flag risks before they become problems
Engineering hiring pipeline
- Build structured hiring pipelines for engineering and technical roles from scratch
- Write JDs, coordinate sourcing, manage candidate communication, and own onboarding for early hires
- Keep interview scheduling and feedback loops tight between hiring panels and founders
Customer & partner engagement
- Prepare context briefs and decks ahead of client and partnership conversations
- Draft outreach and follow-up sequences for pilot customers and strategic partners
- Maintain a live BD pipeline tracker — stages, blockers, next actions, owner
Marketing & external narrative
- Build and execute an early-stage marketing plan — positioning, content calendar, LinkedIn presence
- Create and maintain core collateral: company decks, product one-pagers, and case study templates
Founder enablement
- Manage founder calendars and external commitments
- Prepare briefing docs before key meetings; capture and close action items after
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- 1–3 years in a startup or a generalist operations role
- Ability to manage 5+ open workstreams without dropping any
- High ownership — you don't wait to be followed up with
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion, and Excel / Sheets
- Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately
GOOD TO HAVE
- Exposure to fundraising, due diligence, or investor relations
- Familiarity with Indian compliance frameworks (ROC, GST, MCA)
- Experience sourcing or managing pipelines for technical roles
- Prior experience at a deep-tech or hardware company
