Founder Associate

We’re looking for a highly driven Founder Associate to work directly with the founders at Pocket , a fast-growing US-based AI hardware & software startup.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a startup is built from the inside, enjoys ambiguity, and is excited to take ownership across multiple areas of the business. You’ll be involved in strategic, operational, and execution-focused work — no two days will look the same.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the founders on high-priority initiatives
• Support strategic planning, research, and execution across teams
• Drive operational projects end-to-end and unblock bottlenecks
• Help coordinate between product, engineering, marketing, and operations
• Prepare analyses, internal updates, and decision-making materials
• Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as the company scales

What we’re looking for

• Strong ownership mindset and bias toward action
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and move fast
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Previous startup, consulting, operations, or analytical experience is a plus
