About Aaizeltech

Aaizeltech is a deep-tech company building AI/ML-powered platforms, scalable SaaS applications, and intelligent embedded systems. We’re looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware Engineer (3–5 yrs) to work on advanced IoT & RF systems- especially LoRa-based devices, secure telemetry modules, and industrial IoT controllers.

Role Overview

This role is heavily focused on firmware, protocol development, encryption, and system-level software architecture.

What You’ll Work On

Develop production-grade firmware for STM32 (WL/H/L/F series).
Implement AES-128/256 encryption, secure key handling & data integrity checks (SHA/CRC).
Build firmware for LoRa PHY/MAC, long-range telemetry, and robust packet handling.

What You Should Bring

3–5 years experience in embedded firmware development.
Strong in Embedded C, STM32CubeIDE, HAL/LL drivers.
Experience implementing secure communication (AES-128/256, SHA).
Hands-on with LoRa/FSK, packet framing, and RF-side debugging.
Good knowledge of RTOS (FreeRTOS), queues, tasks, ISRs.
Comfort with industrial communication: RS485/Modbus, RS232.
Understanding of data protocols (MQTT, TCP/IP, UDP).
Ability to independently debug firmware issues with SWD, DSO, and analyzers.
Basic understanding of PCB/Hardware just enough to debug firmware–hardware interaction.
