What we are looking for

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Engagement Lead – Technology with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and hands-on experience working with complex datasets (e.g., LAAD, DDD, XPO). In this role, you will deliver data-driven insights to solve real-world business problems, enhance performance, and manage risk. You will also lead transformation initiatives, including software modernization and cloud infrastructure migration projects.

What you will do

Lead cloud transformation initiatives by assessing client IT landscapes, building business cases, and executing software modernization and infrastructure migrations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Drive end-to-end project delivery , managing cross-functional teams and overseeing all phases from planning to execution with a focus on scalability and impact.
Design and implement secure, compliant cloud solutions , staying ahead of emerging technologies and aligning architectures with industry best practices.
