About the Role

At Genix.ai , we are bridging the gap between high-end bioinformatics and consumer wellness. We are looking for Techno-Commercial Associates with a deep background in life sciences to manage our growing pipeline of 130+ high-intent leads .

This is not a generic sales role. You will be the clinical voice of the company, translating Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) and Microbiome data into actionable insights for patients and clinical partners.

Responsibilities

Technical Consultation: Manage B2C enquiries for our Cosmetology and Metabolic programs, explaining the science behind our DNA-based plans.

B2B Partnership Support: Support the Founder in technical pitches to diagnostic labs, premium clinics, and hospitals.

Lead Management: Master our HubSpot AI stack to qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Scientific Communication: Simplify complex genomic data into "user-friendly" reports and marketing content.

Requirements

Education: B.Tech/M.Sc in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry , or a related Medical/Life Sciences field.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong research internships at institutes like IISc, CFTRI, or IITs are highly encouraged).

Skills: Basic understanding of NGS, genetic markers, and human metabolism.

Soft Skills: High empathy, professional communication, and a "growth mindset."
