The Expertise And Skills You Bring

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of financial services experience; prior regulatory and/or financial reporting experience preferred
• Broad understanding of investments, accounting principles, mutual fund industry practices, and regulatory requirements
• A selfstarter mindset-assertive, independent, and capable of working with limited direct supervision across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively across business divisions and team members
• Advanced analytical abilities, including interpreting complex requirements and translating them into clear, practical solutions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related applications

As the largest service line within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO), we are responsible for producing and distributing financial statements, prospectuses, and other fund and legal documents-and ensuring timely and accurate SEC filings.
