Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager with 3 Years To 5 years of experience in managing and delivering complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading projects, delivering results on time and within budget, and working effectively with cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of project delivery and ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in project management, consulting, or a related field.
Proven experience in successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing environments.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Jira Skills (Added):
Hands-on experience with Jira for issue tracking, ticket management, and workflow handling.
Ability to create and manage Jira dashboards, filters, and reports.
Understanding of Jira Agile boards (Scrum/Kanban).
Experience in logging bugs, tracking progress, and documenting resolutions in Jira.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, translating these into actionable project goals.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective execution, monitoring, and control.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation within the project team.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
Manage budgets, track project expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Ensure quality assurance processes are in place to meet project deliverables.
Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and performance.
Lead client meetings and ensure satisfaction with project delivery.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships.
A strong track record of ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
