As an Assistant Manager – Financial Data & Analytics, you will support management reporting, performance analysis, and business forecasting. You will play a central role in developing scalable data structures, financial models, and reporting dashboards that enhance performance visibility and enable informed decision-making across the organization. Collaborating closely with accounting and business teams, you will help digitize and streamline financial processes while also contributing to traditional FP&A responsibilities such as forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain clear, accurate, and scalable financial models using Excel and advanced automation techniques
Develop data structures, processes, and automated workflows to enhance visibility of company performance metrics
Collect and analyse financial and business data from internal and external sources
Design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and visualizations with Power BI and other business intelligence tools
Contribute to the conceptual design of financial and data models, workflows, and reporting logic
Prepare targeted analyses and evaluations using financial and operational data to support management’s decision-making and strategic planning
Support team members by assisting with routine tasks and data preparation activities, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations

Degree in business administration, finance, economics, mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or relevant work experience
