Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager based in Lahore. The Assistant IT Manager will oversee daily IT operations, support system maintenance, and ensure technology resources are effectively utilized. The role includes managing IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with team members for smooth project execution, and ensuring data security and compliance with IT policies. Collaboration with other departments to assess and address technical requirements is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient in IT infrastructure management, system maintenance, and network architecture.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
- Demonstrated experience in data security, software installation, and IT compliance practices.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills for collaborating across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Preferred qualifications include a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
