We’re Hiring: Asset Management – Research Assistant (Private Equity)

We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated Research Assistant to join our Private Equity / Asset Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, a keen interest in private markets, and the ability to support investment research, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring activities.
You will play a key role in assisting with deal evaluation, financial analysis, market research, and investment documentation to support informed decision-making across the investment process.

Assist in conducting research on private equity opportunities, target companies, and industry sectors

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in finance, investment research, consulting, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered)
Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and investment principles
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

Collaborate with investment professionals on transaction analysis and execution support
Track macroeconomic trends, regulatory updates, and market developments
Perform ad-hoc research tasks as required by the investment team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to interpret complex financial and business information
CFA candidate or strong interest in private equity / investment management is an advantage
