Responsibilities

• Design, develop, fine-tune, and deploy sophisticated AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI techniques (including RAG), and state-of the-art embedding models.

• Stay updated with upcoming models, prompting techniques, MCPs, etc. and quickly adapt them into existing projects.

• Architect, build, and manage complex Agentic Workflows, enabling AI agents to perform multi-step tasks, utilize tools, and interact dynamically with various systems.

• Develop and implement robust strategies and protocols for managing context windows, conversation history, and interaction flows effectively with various AI models.

• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integration layers.

• Work closely with frontend developers and other backend engineers to integrate AI functionalities smoothly into user- facing applications and internal platforms.

• Stay updated on cutting-edge research in LLMs, Agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, and related fields. Rapidly prototype and experiment with new approaches.

• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, focusing on NLP, LLM and Generative AI.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years of working experience developing, deploying, tracking and orchestrating scalable AI solutions.

• Proven experience developing applications using LLMs, including API integration of proprietary models, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.

• Hands-on experience with Generative-AI techniques, working experience with RAG systems, Vector Databases, Embedding models, etc.

• Strong proficiency in backend development using JavaScript and/or TypeScript within a Node.js environment.

• Experience building and consuming APIs.

• Experience with Agentic systems/workflows, and familiarity with Model Context Protocols (MCPs).

• Experience designing and implementing complex, multi-step Agentic Workflows.

• Experience optimizing LLM API interactions using prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), context management, and performance tuning.

• Proficiency in designing, testing and optimizing prompts for LLMs.

• Good communication skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
