Role Description

The Application Developer will design, develop, and maintain software applications while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Responsibilities include working with programming languages, handling databases, implementing web applicaiton for user interface design, and collaborating with the team to deliver innovative solutions aligned with company goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack web applications for internal use.
Connect disparate internal systems via APIs and custom middleware to ensure seamless data flow.
Work directly with the team and end-users to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver tailored solutions.
Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle, from concept to maintenance, ensuring reliability and performance.
Create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal applications.
Uphold code quality, implement security best practices for internal systems, and ensure data integrity and access control.

Job requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Science, Software Engineering or related fields
Excellent at communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
Expert-level React, JavaScript, SQL and modern frontend ecosystem
Advantage with experience in C# and .NET / ASP.NET
Exposure to microservice architecture with experience in RESTful API
Hands-on experience managing production workloads on both Azure and AWS
Solid understanding of multi-tenancy, microservices, event-driven architecture and clean code principles
