Our Appian integration and development work involves APIs to legacy banking systems. We expect the lead developer to be confident not only with low code Appian objects and workflows, but also with deeper API integration, which is essential for this role. We need a high level of intergration experience.

The key for this individual is the ability to design, document and implement APIs from Appian to legacy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance and extend the bank’s existing Appian solution to automate processes across legacy systems.
• Use UiPath to design, build, and deploy new RPA workflows.
• Work as part of the bank’s development squads and participate fully in sprint activities.
• Produce clear and complete design documentation for automation and RPA solutions.
• Lead development using Appian and UiPath to deliver high-quality automation.
• Support governance, design reviews, and sign-off processes.
• Contribute to the CNX team, providing technical leadership across design and integration.

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise with Appian.
• Background in banking or BFSI environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of automation patterns, integration design, and enterprise-level delivery.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within agile squads.
