Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Android Developer, based in Hyderabad. The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile applications for the Android platform. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, debugging applications, optimizing performance, and ensuring the quality and responsiveness of mobile applications. Attention to detail and proficiency in delivering scalable and efficient solutions are key to success in this role.

Design and develop scalable, user-friendly Android applications

• Work with modern tools and frameworks like Android Studio, Retrofit, Glide, and Picasso

• Ensure compatibility across multiple Android SDK versions

• Optimize app performance, including memory usage and responsiveness

• Debug, test, and maintain applications for reliability and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality products

Qualifications

Expertise in Android Development and Android Design
Experience in Mobile Application Development and creating user-friendly mobile applications
Strong skills in Software Development with an understanding of design patterns and coding best practices
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively as a part of a team
Familiarity with debugging, performance optimization, and testing for mobile applications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in building and launching large-scale Android applications is a plus

3+ years of hands-on experience in Android development

Strong understanding of design patterns, clean architecture, and coding best practices
Experience in mobile application development lifecycle
Proven ability in performance optimization and debugging
Strong communication
