We are currently looking for an Analytical Testing Engineer / Manager / Expert to join our team in Poland and play a key role in test execution, method development, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage analytical testing for materials and industrial samples
• Design, optimize, and execute testing protocols to meet project requirements
• Ensure data quality, reproducibility, and technical accuracy
• Analyze and interpret test results; prepare clear and professional reports
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners on technical topics
• (For Manager/Expert level) Provide technical guidance, review results, and support decision-making

Requirements

• Background in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related technical field
• Strong skill and high motivation to use different AI tools
• Hands-on experience in analytical testing (industrial labs, third-party labs, or research institutions)
• Familiarity with common analytical techniques and laboratory workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

Candidates at Engineer, Manager, or Expert level are all welcome.Seniority will be determined based on experience and responsibility scope.
