About the Role:

At SwitchOn, our cutting-edge systems capture images from complex manufacturing lines and run DeepInspect to detect defects with over 99% accuracy.. As a startup, delighting customers with lightning-fast execution is one of our core differentiators. The role requires you to execute complex AI-powered projects in conjunction with multiple stakeholders inside and outside the organisation to deliver the projects on time.

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• End-to-End Project Management – Oversee the complete project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, tracking, risk management, and ensuring timely completion within budget by collaborating with internal product teams and external system integrators.
• Create Documented Playbooks for Processes – Take inputs from the teams, and the founders, and implement process playbooks for different teams at SwitchOn.
• Data Analytics and Reporting - Collect data from multiple sources, and independently create reports to be consumed by the Founder’s/board and other senior stakeholders in the Company.
• Track OKR Progress - Set up OKRs for all the teams, and track progress against the OKRs.

Requirements

• Project Management Expertise – 3–5 years of experience in managing projects, with hands-on knowledge of tools like JIRA, Zoho Projects, Trello, and similar platforms.
• Data/Business Analytics Expertise - 3-5 years of experience in creating dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, Zoho, Tableau, etc.
• Collaboration & Communication – Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
