Summary Ambience is looking for an Analyst Relations Lead on a contract basis to build and execute our AR program from the ground up. In this role, you will establish Ambience as the category leader in ambient AI documentation for health systems — developing our analyst engagement strategy, optimizing our KLAS presence, and expanding relationships with key firms like Gartner, Forrester, Black Book, and Elion.
This is a high-impact contract role (20–30 hours/week, initial 6-month term with option to extend or convert) for a seasoned AR professional who can activate an existing analyst network from day one, work cross-functionally without direct authority, and translate market intelligence into actionable positioning for Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Compensation and Structure
This is a contract engagement at 20–30 hours per week with an initial 6-month term. Compensation is commensurate with experience and the depth of existing analyst relationships. After the initial engagement, conversion to a full-time role will be evaluated based on program maturity, relationship activation, business impact, and mutual interest.
