Maintain and own integrated project schedules: Establish and update task lists, dependencies, and resource allocations; set and manage baselines; make sequencing and dependency decisions with workstream leads; run change control on schedule updates; surface critical path/slippage and drive corrective actions to keep delivery on track.
Own the status reporting and governance cadence for assigned projects: Define reporting standards and KPIs; interpret variances, highlight decisions needed, and make go/no-go or trade-off recommendations; escalate exceptions and track agreed actions to closure.
Facilitate meeting: Plan decision-oriented agendas for standups, planning, retrospectives, and status reviews; convene the right decision-makers; document minutes, decisions, owners, and due dates; manage RAID and decision logs; enforce RACI and follow through to ensure decisions are executed.
Perform analysis and scenario modeling to inform decisions: Analyze trends, schedule risks, and resource constraints; identify critical path and capacity hotspots; develop mitigation options and trade-off scenarios; recommend corrective actions, secure approvals, and monitor impact to ensure outcomes meet targets.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Excellent written and verbal communication; meeting facilitation and documentation skills
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
Knowledge of project management frameworks and methods
Ability to build/maintain WBS, Gantt charts, milestones, resource assignments, and backlogs
Ability to run standups, planning, retros, and status meetings; capture minutes, actions, and decisions
Communication skills/ability to build concise executive summaries, stakeholder updates, and clear requirements/acceptance criteria
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly and drive continuous improvement in PM practices
