Join Modulate, a frontier AI lab building some of the world’s best voice understanding models.
We power a voice-native conversation intelligence platform that gives enterprises real-time, auditable insight into every call they run, capturing not just the words, but tone, intent, pacing, anomalies, and risk signals that transcription-driven tools consistently miss.
Our technology supports high-stakes decisions in the moment, across fraud prevention, customer escalation, AI agent oversight, and emerging voice trends.
As we expand access to our platform and deliver discrete, best-in-class voice models directly through APIs, we are hiring an Analyst - Data & Product Insights to help drive the next phase of our growth. You will sit at the center of product, engineering, and customer outcomes, translating raw voice intelligence into clear, actionable insights that shape what we build next. You will define what success looks like, surface patterns others overlook, and help ensure Modulate stays ahead at the frontier of enterprise voice AI.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in an environment that rewards rigor, speed, and impact. If you want to work alongside a team pushing the boundaries of applied AI, and you take pride in delivering results that move the company forward, you will find the opportunity here.
Your Impact,
As an Analyst - Data & Product Insights at Modulate, your work will directly impact how Modulate grows, and how effectively we bring our mission-driven technology to the world.
