Descrição: Resumo da posição:Buscamos um(a) Analista Pleno de UX com vivência no mercado financeiro, entendimento de produtos bancários e atuação endtoend em projetos. A pessoa será responsável por planejar e executar pesquisas com usuários,conceber e validar soluções (protótipos, fluxos, interações), estruturar testes (usabilidade, A/B) e colaborar com times de produto e tecnologia para entregar experiências consistentes em site, app e produtos da companhia. É essencial ter noção de metodologias de projeto (Design Thinking, Double Diamond, Lean UX) e capacidade de traduzir dados e feedbacks em decisões de design acionáveis.
