该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责 1.客户支持:协助客户完成产品功能验证与评估,确保客户能够全面、准确地了解产品功能; 2.对于客户使用产品过程中遇到的问题,积极协助内部同事进行问题复现; 3.参与问题排查工作,结合产品功能和客户提供信息,协助内部同事分析问题产生的原因,并将处理结果及时反馈给客户; 4.计算任务提交与分析:协同内部同事,能够熟练使用深势Hermite或玻尔等药物计算平台,辅助推进项目验证和实施交付工作; 5.在项目推进过程中,针对具体的计算任务,进行详细、规范的实验记录和技术文档,并协助内部同事完成计算结果的整理工作,对计算数据进行分类、汇总和初步分析; 6.参与计算报告撰写,根据整理后的计算结果和实验记录,按照规范的格式和要求,撰写内容详实、逻辑清晰的计算报告; 任职要求 1.本科三年级及以上,药物化学、计算化学、计算生物学、计算机辅助药物设计等方向; 2.对分子对接、分子动力学模拟、自由能微有一定的了解; 3.具备较强的文档写作能力,工作认真负责,态度积极,有较强学习和独立解决问题的能力,每周可实习 天及以上,实习周期不少于 个月。 4.具备以下之一条件加分 (1)使用过深势Hermite、Schrödinger、MOE、Discovery Studio、AutoDock等分子模拟软件;
(2)熟悉常用的大小分子药物相关数据库; (3)有使用Python等编程语言书写简单脚本的能力。
