We're looking for a full-time
AI Workflow Engineer
to help shape the future of healthcare. At Gosta Labs, you'll own the development of our Integration Engine across our products and help define how advanced AI is used to optimize workflows in everyday healthcare.
Gosta was founded to make advanced AI genuinely useful in clinical work. Our models are trained for real-world clinical use, reducing admin work and surfacing insights when they matter most.
Our AI operating system is already in use in several countries across the world, trusted by organizations like Terveystalo, Aava and several wellbeing service counties. Our technology turns real doctor–patient conversations into structured clinical documentation and insights - freeing clinicians to spend less time on paperwork so they can focus on care.
What you’ll build
- Architect and deploy AI-driven integrations platform (Python, robot-based, HL7/FHIR) across global health systems between Gosta ecosystem and hospital EMRs.
- Develop intelligent workflows combining LLMs, automation engines, APIs, and orchestration tools.
- Define best practices and design the lifecycle management for AI-driven automation assets.
Your background
- Past experience in integration development, intelligent automation, or systems integration.
- Experience in software development.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable automation solutions.
