Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI and signal processing engineers.
Manage end-to-end development of AI and radar-related projects — from research and design to implementation and deployment.
Design, train, and optimize deep neural networks for radar applications.
Combine classical signal processing methods with AI-based techniques to improve radar performance.
Analyze RF data and extract meaningful insights to support system improvements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and research.
Ensure high technical standards, best practices, and timely project delivery.
Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field (M.Sc. – an advantage).
5+ years of hands-on experience in deep learning or signal processing development.
Proven experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.
Strong knowledge of neural networks, classical algorithms, and radar signal processing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
