You are:

An experienced AI Native Engineer with at least 3 years of expertise in building cloud-native solutions and a strong background in designing and deploying intelligent agent systems for enterprise environments. You excel in navigating complex challenges, consistently producing tangible outcomes by creating, implementing, and maintaining custom AI agents that enhance workflows within contemporary infrastructures. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategies for how enterprises globally adopt and expand AI-native engineering.

The Work:

You will work closely with clients, serving as both a technology expert and a trusted consultant. Your role will include collaborating with stakeholders to identify use cases, rapidly prototype, and implement agent-based workflows that are secure, reliable, and operational in multifaceted enterprise contexts. Many of these initiatives will involve creating entirely new platforms and systems that integrate seamlessly within our clients' environments alongside our Ecosystem partners.

Responsibilities:

Travel may be required, ranging from 25% to 75% based on business needs and client specifications.

Here's What You Need:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year focusing on designing and deploying agentic solutions in production settings.
• Minimum of 3 years working with AI platforms and managing multi-provider pipelines.
• At least 5 years programming experience in languages such as Python or Java; familiarity with evaluation tools and monitoring systems is essential.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in production deployment, including CI/CD practices, infrastructure as code, and debugging.
• At least 5 years of experience in client communication, capable of leading technical discussions and adapting to ambiguous situations.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Bonus Points If:

• You have experience serving as an Agentic AI Engineer in a corporate context.
• Certifications in AI or experience with agentic tools is advantageous.
• You have worked with architectures for complex AI systems or orchestration frameworks.
• You have a strong understanding of the AI-native paradigm, focusing on performance optimization and modular design.
• You have implemented solutions in multiple sectors by adapting agentic workflows to specific industry demands.
